Description
The DJI Osmo Shield for Osmo Pocket service agreement extends the Osmo Pocket Gimbal standard warranty from one year to two years. Osmo Shield must be purchased within 30 days of activating a brand new Osmo Pocket. In the two years of coverage, you’ll enjoy one-time full coverage of accidental hardware damage, which includes water damage. Shipping costs will be free (duty excluded). Basic maintenance is offered on an unlimited basis.
When purchased with a brand new Osmo Pocket, the Osmo Shield will become active two days after it’s shipped. When bought separately, the Osmo Shield is valid immediately upon purchase. Osmo Shield is not renewable to provide a third year of coverage. Osmo Shield remains tied to the Osmo Pocket serial number and active even if the Osmo Pocket is sold to another owner. Osmo Shield and Osmo Pocket must be purchased from the same country or region.
